The pain and inflammation caused by Rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune illnesses can be debilitating.
Today, I am sharing one part of my healthier me journey. Three months of taking a natural, plant based gut health system dramatically reduced the pain and inflammation I experience due to rheumatoid arthritis.
As I type this tears are flowing down my cheeks. I can not believe God has blessed me so abundantly with the complete turn around in my health and life.
Relief. Freedom Healed.
I do not remember a day from the time I was very young until February of 2020 that I was not in pain from inflammation because of my auto immune system that loves to attack itself.
Until I was 40 years old the answer doctors gave me was fibromyalgia and endometriosis and that I had an autoimmune disease (according to blood work and symptoms) but they did not know which one…..nor could they treat something or provide adequate treatment and relief.
Just one prescription after in attempt to mask the symptoms which resulted in another health issue from the side effects.
At the age of 40 I started having excruciating pain in my hands. Typing at work would become so painful that the opthalmologist I worked with would ask, “are you okay” and when he saw my face he knew I wasn’t, and I often fainted from the pain. The office had a surgical suite so he would have me lie down until it passed, fortunately the other gals I worked with were understanding and even though the office was crazy busy they would take turns and cover my desk for me.
Little did I know that this was the start of rheumatoid arthritis flaring it’s ugliness in my body.
I want you to imagine this with me: you are driving home from a visit at a friends home but you can’t hold the steering wheel, someone has poked cork screws into the ends of your fingers, turning them, rotating your fingers, the pain is unbearable, you start crying and pull off the road unable to continue. 😭 After a few minutes you are able to call your husband and he comes to pick you up leaving your car on the side of the road because there is no way you can drive.
Can you imagine the excruciating pain?
It took months to get into see a specialist and even then; I only got the appointment because my employer was a specialist who requested the Internal Medicine specialist to see me. Or I would have waited years. Sad state of affairs in the medical system I would say, but let’s not get me going down that rabbit trail….So after many blood tests and a few more appointments, the Rheumatologist/Internal Medicine Specialist informed me of the….
Diagnosis-Age 40-Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I tried many prescriptions in the hopes they would stop the debilitating pain as it spread throughout my body but I was either allergic to them or just did not get very much relief…I had to quit work and was at home for two years before I could even consider looking for a part time job.
It was awful and scary and the hardest part for me was not being able to explain it to my children. I felt like a total loser of a mom and wife; like I was letting everyone down.
I was put onto very high dose of prednisone many times when the pain was more than I could bare, I had cortisone injections in my hips and knees when I could no longer walk.
My brain was a jumbled mess, pain does that to you too. I do not want you to suffer like I did. There are options and I am going to spend the rest of my days sharing with as many people as I can possibly reach.
Not one doctor ever mentioned gut health to me and how it is connected with inflammation and autoimmune related issues, not one doctor mentioned any natural alternatives at all in the course of the past 12+ years.
I researched, I tried eliminating sugar and/or gluten, I ate healthier, I tried not eating this food, I tried eating more vegetables, I tried and tried, and I tried other high quality supplements; but they only provided minimal relief.
I NEVER want to feel that again and will do everything I can to ensure others do not have to face years of pain either!
Okay now I am literally bawling my eyes out as I type. You guys – this is me, I am sharing from my heart and I am not here to ‘sell’ you something. This is only one part of my journey but 1 week of the pink drink and I woke up pain free.
I was dancing all over our house and my husband thought I lost my mind. 😃 I am not saying this is a CURE in any way, shape or form but if I can live free of all the awful signs of RA in my body even some of the time; I will take it!
This is how I naturally help my body deal with the symptoms related to rheumatoid arthritis: a high quality three part, all natural, plant based, non gmo, gluten free gut health system that includes:
A prebiotic, a gentle supplement I take in the morning to flush the bad bacteria from my body.
A yummy pink drink that helps with heart health, glucose metabolism support-no more cravings, weight management-no more cravings, and it can also help maintain healthy blood pressure levels. It even boosts your mood!
A probiotic I take in the evening that helps promote a favourable gut flora, reduce inflammation caused by bowel issues like IBS, provides antioxidants that help reduce the oxidative damage caused by free radicals, and helps support gastrointestinal health.
It also helps you sleep like a baby all night long!
All three are specially designed to work together to promote general well-being resulting in a healthier and happier you.

I’ve heard from others how arthritis causes much pain and discomfort. Relief from such suffering is essential.
I didn’t even know RA cousin start so early at 40. I am so glad that the pink drink helped you and thank you for spreading the healing information around
Always love good and healthy alternatives for health issues. Thanks for sharing
I had to comment because your testimony is so powerful! I can only imagine the pain of having RA at such a young age and I’m so thankful you have found a treatment that works! I will definitely keep this in mind 🙂
Thanks Emily, pretty sure I had RA from a very young age (like teens) but there just wasn’t the awareness there is now. It is so important to share what I have learned with people of all ages so they do not have to suffer for decades like I did.
I hope I don’t get to experience this kind of pain when I get older. Thanks for sharing this info and for teaching how deal with it naturally.
Supplement your nutrition and take care of your gut microbiome and body now, rheumatoid arthritis is not age related; we had many patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis from a very young age.
Was just talking about this with my daughter last night. She is suffering from it. Too bad I can’t send this to her in an email.
Hi Carol, sorry to hear your daughter is dealing with RA; please share the link to the post with her. Also I am available to help her anytime, my email is [email protected] or she can find me on Instagram @yourguthealthgal.
My heart ached for you when I read your post, Lisa. I don’t suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis but I do think gut health is important for everyone. I’ve been wondering about adding a probiotic into my diet. This was a very helpful post.
It is like doctors have always overlooked the obvious like RA or even MS sometimes, which blows my mind. So many people with cases like this popping up the trend is really scary.
I can somewhat relate to this because I was diagnosed with arthritis when I was just 27 years old. I’ve relied on natural medicine since the beginning and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Thank you for sharing your success story and the 3 things that help you. Living with pain can be a nightmare, so glad you have it all under control.
